HARK & Asheville-Buncombe Continuum of Care
The Point-in-Time Count plays a vital role in helping our community better understand homelessness. On January 28 and 29, dedicated teams covered 27 geographic areas across Buncombe County, while others stationed at key service locations helped gather critical survey data. This year, the Continuum of Care (CoC) mobilized 135 volunteers, including two HARK board members, to support this essential effort.
Many of the at-risk children HARK serves experience homelessness, making this work incredibly important. We deeply appreciate the CoC's commitment to collecting accurate, local data to inform solutions.
As a corporate member of the CoC, HARK actively supports community collaboration to reduce homelessness in our area. We invite you to be part of the conversation—click the CoC’s engagement form to get involved!
